Guys after analyzing the last 10 years papers I conclude that social and economic issues paper cannot be solved by studying ramesh Singh and on the other hand dutt and sundaram provide direct ans. And I dont know why 11 and 12 sociology is required.

Guys, Plz give me some strategy on how to prepare for rbi grade b.. Since notification hasn't arrived yet so i believe it will take another 3-6 months for the rbi to conduct exam.

Guys, I have one doubt and it is not study related, pls don't get me wrong. I see the monthly gross emoluments of a RBI grade b officer is about 55k, but I have also seen a websites and people claiming the annual package is about 13 or 15 lacs. How is the latter possible then? Considering allowances, perks, reimbursemens, house and everything, I still feel the difference would be huge. Can somebody throw some light on it?
