Which authority (as NABARD per se is not mentioned in that column of authorities) should we address the online RTI to view our NABARD Grade-B answersheets ?

Under which authority/ministry/department can we find NABARD to file an online RTI ?

It seems that Evening shift marks have been increased in Reasoning/Quant/GA and/or Morning shift have been decreased in Reasoning.

even after such low sectional cutoffs, the overall cutoff is pretty low. looks like the changed eligibility criteria did have an effect on the results.

Looking at OA cutoff it seems no of test takers has gone down

My marks in prelims have been going down but the range above cutoff has been increasing.Lagta hai humra bhi dimaag umar k saath ghat rha hai.Every year attempts less than 140.

2013- 129(cutoff-126)

2014- 112(cutoff-104)

2015-105.5(cutoff-88.5)
