Just randomly came to thread and about that Brain Org spam Rs.3300 for soft and 6000 for hard copy ? Lolz If I may suggest some (FREE) standard reference material for IGNOU (Indira Gandhi National Open University) in PDF format Paper III Finance and Management: The Finance topics are pretty much covered in B.A. (Economics) in a lucid manner. You can download topicwise booklets (it'll have excercise questions as well) This Link eGyanKosh: EEC-19 Indian Financial Systems (^NOT piracy, it is legit and official site of IGNOU university, only requires free email registration)
Has anyone been able to buy Indian Economy by Dutt and Sundaram? I didnt find it online or at any bookstore that I visited.. :(
It is good that you haven't found the book yet. The book is written from academic point of view, goes in too much depth. Quoting from official RBI syllabus page
RBI syllabus Says
The above syllabus is only indicative and not exhaustive. Keeping in view that candidates from different faculty backgrounds apply for the post, the questions in Papers II and III will be basic in nature.
The book is irrelevant even from IAS exam but somehow old internet articles have it in Recommend Booklist and that's how Mishra Puri / Dutt Sundaram etc get circulated and recommend for every exam. Besides it is a very thick book, it'll be hard to do justice to it in the given short time limit.

A very good resource provided by you. It's really helpful. Further I would like to recommend NCERT's Business Studies Part I of Class 12th. It would be helpful for the Management Part. All The Best 😁
You can also read Class 11,12 Sociology books for time pass; for getting fodder material to write in the topics Urbanisation and Migration - Gender Issues - Social Justice etc
After you're done with basic foundation, time for doing selective topic wise study from IGNOU B.A. booklets (legally) freely available on eGyanKosh: Home
You'll have to register a free account before downloading the PDF file. Don't worry, they don't go in "that" depth, they are written very lucid and structured language, of course prepare some extremely brief revision notes out of it containing "keywords".
After all, this is a descriptive paper, you understand a topic that is good but you must be able to reproduce your understanding on a piece of paper.
For Economic Reforms in India - Industrial and Labour Policy - Monetary and Fiscal Policy - Privatisation - Role of Economic Planning. Globalization - Opening up of the Indian Economy- Balance of Payments, Export-Import Policy B.A. (Economics) Booklets:
^ In above sources you'll find plenty of material overlapping with Finance, moving on directly to the "management" portion.
Again same authentic IGNOU source (Free) About the management portion, it's kind of 'story-book' like stuff. IGNOU booklets are written in a very lucid manner for self-study purpose. Doesn't require much the brain application, very easy to understand , you'll be able to remember 5-5 points for everything , even on first reading.
For HR topics and recruitment, training, performance appraisal, rewards and incentive management etc. download the necessary PDFS from following Module M.A. (Public Administration) course- human resource management eGyanKosh: MPA-014 Human Resource Management
I might have missed some topics, you can search around on egyankosh site and get the required PDFs.
