i knew that..thats why i said its next to impossible..our geuine problems dont bother them.i dont understand how the whole organisation is working where the workers are so reluctant..

imagine if you have an experience of 2 yrs in Rbi, man any financial institutions will offer you at the package you want.
recently there was a news that 3-4 fms students denied a better package for the roles offered in in RBI.:-o:-o:-o bhai duniya BHEL/IOCL/rbi type ki company me kaam hi kitne din karte hain...............
these are just a ladder for any fellow.
i personally know many guys who always tried to be in PSUs and quit it in 2-3 yrs. The top level managment in my company(TATA STEEL) are having the same type of guys,................All the dignified post and decision makers are of same type............
