Called rbi HR, asked about the reason for delay, in reply they said we are processing it, we got advised from authorities to carry out biometric we did it, now higher authority will decide when to publish it he had no idea but when I asked if there is any legal obligation regarding results he firmly said there is none, the case that stuck the process received verdict and there is no other litigation pending so the delay is operational not legal.

RBI is an autonomous body, please KEEP IN MIND, they can do whatever they like they are not accountable to anybody..and they dont want any more assistants working for them..grow up guys and prepare for other respectable jobs why waste time.
