Since percentile for certain candidates are same across different exam, as claimed by some, and there was same exam for all posts, I guess they have calculated the percentile for all students at once. So, shouldn't the result of APO been declared with others?

Hey guys, I am working in ESIC grade pay 2400 and I have qualified in secretariat assistant (hindi) and in steno also though I have not practiced steno ever, nevertheless should I leave my esic job if I will be get selected in secretariat assistant hindi since its also same grade pay ?
