ok i have figured out few things,i have doubts about few things but i will provide links to everything..
1) stamp paper value for service agreement cum bond will be rs.100 and undertaking from surety stamp paper value Rs.10

2) character certificate can be issued by gazzettted officer they have made a scanning mistake just look at points it starts with 2 the 1st point is missing and to confirm this go to oicl career section and look for this

1) we have to provide salary proof of sureities so like we have fill it up at place where it is asked or we just give a xerox of the salary proof
2) i was asked while getting bond on stamp paper that if the heading part should be added ???? or the bond on stamp paper should start with WHEREAS Sh./Ms
