Any ideas guys...Who all had given interview today....Were they asking for caste validity certificate....Kindly reply plz...Mine is tommorow..
hello all... done with both the interviews of OICL and IBPS... Going to post the experiences of both one by one... Post might get lenghty so bear with me... Putting for u all so that u can have the idea what u all r going to face....
Dono interviews ki same shift thi i.e morning... But i chose to attend OICL first....
Here is the First one...
Reached the venue at 8:30 of OICL in Delhi which is Scope Minar...Conference Hall...
Candidates were already waiting in the waiting area...
My sequence was at 11th in the posted interview schedule So i had to request them k mera interview pehle karade hence there was a humble grey haired senior who was cordinating in the procedure...I requested him He politely asked me the reason why i wud want it to happen first... I honestly told him I have my aother interview scheduled for the morning shift so if here i cud get it done in time I can go there to attend that one also...He understood my situation and allowed me to get my documents verified on 3rd no. I guess u all r very well aware of the required docs we needed to carry there (Docs se related questions if anyone have i'll answer them in comments section).
Hence after getting documents verified The (Saviour) Sir put me on the first no in the order (interview list)... He told me to relax and just be myself... Panel came 4 Males.... while we were waiting outside andar se awaazein kuch aisi a rhi thi...
Are jara green tea lao haan haan sab piyenge jab tk madam bhi a jayenge (1 Female member was yet to join the panel) Nd i was like aaj hi sab fitness freak banenge... 😄 Then the female panelist came and joined them in the interview room.
Bell rang and all wished me all the best.... I entered wishing maam first and then remaining Male members keeping eye contact with each one of them.
First Sir stting in the middle asked ur sequence no is 11th but u r coming first any specific reason I said Sir my another interview happened to be at the same time today so.... He said ok ok.. what is that for? Is that also for officer cadre ?? I said yes sir that is for Bank Officer He said ok.
Then started with the graduation so u have done ur engineering in 2014 what were u doing in those past 3 years... told him some personal issues were there he said ok sorry about that. Now that Dark complexion genteman started playing and in the kidding tone he asked why didnt u go in ur technical field as u have done mechanical engineering... I told him i didnt get much interest in the core field and dont look my future growth there so chose to switch the field for my career but vo to janaab staisfied ho hi nahi skte to bole then why did u do engineering then i just smiled....
then He again poked out of no where he said ""are inka favourite subject thermodynamics hai usse poochiye"" I guess there was a panel member who was relted to mechanical and called him the PRO in this area he asked... So which are the streams where thermodynamics is used and plays a significant role which are those subjects which are realated to thermodynamics.... I replied RAC (a subject in mechnical) He said yes there Thermo is used ... he again "and which are the streams where it is used gave 3 options 1) Mechanical 2) Chemical 3) Electrical...??"" After a pause dont know why i said electrical he said somewhat the concept it is used in electrical but mostly used in mechanical in all the steam or other engiones i nodded and smiled... To be conitnued...

Me== Yes Sir ( In my heart are sir bataya to nahi aati mechanical engineering insurance poocho na)
M3=== Where in the front wheel drive the propeller shaft is being placed or is it there or not?? he started explaining the propeller shaft is sumthing which converts linear motion into circular motion
Me== Sorry sir didnt remember now(( In my heart with tears aapko itni engineering aati h to kaahe yahan baithe gyaan baat rhe aap bhi core field me jaate mr PRO))

Me=== Explained
F1=== There is some news related to insurance companies in the recently announced budget
Me== Yes ma'am 3 insurance companies are to be merged into one...UIIC, NICL and OICL itself...
F1=== Ok.. and is there some news regarding health scheme ?
Me=== (First i didnt recall then M1 helping me by saying are vo koi Pm related schemes wagarh nahi suni) I recalled quickly yes ma'am PM suraksha beema yojana etc( Other 2 members said no this is cheating u r giving clues and everyone smiled)

Me=== (Remembered about some world's largest health mission camapign etc has been announced) Told her that a lil bit.
F1=== Ok ok it means u have idea but dont know the details I said yes ma'am i have read the headlines only.
Mechanical PRO again(M3)=== So tell us from where we shud ask or tell us some of ur hobbies
Me=== Now a days solving puzzles , cooking and listening to music, some old songs from 90s, 80s and R D Burman( from Right there now his music lover mode turned ON
M3=== so u said R D Burman...His father S D Burman wrote 2 songs... He sang 2 lines of both the songs first I Kept smiling( in my mind are bhaiyya kahan pahuch rhe))So these songs are based on a folk song of a state... what is that song

Came out of the room and there everyone was lil surprised and a sir from the cordinating staff said """kuch chhoda k sab pooch daala itni der lagi""... I said nahi chhoda sir kuch... 😄 till that time everyone was aware that i m having another interview... they all wished me good luck... I thanked the (Saviour ) Sir and he said god bless u beta... and another Sir said ""agar dono jagah hota h to idhar hi aiyega"" I said ofcourse sir that's why i attended this one first... smiled and went outside...
So this is it for the OICL one... I might left 1-2 questions... After so long Rapid fire ni dhyaan a rhe exactly... Agar yaad aaya to will post it later...
It was 11:00 AM when i got over with the OICL interview...reached the IBPS Interview centre at 12:00 PM((there was no afternoon shift today)) and they allowed me and said be relaxed ho jayega....( Although they have already marked absent in the attendence sheet against my name but the staff was very generous and helped to take my interview calmly)

Can someone who is having interview ask the person checking tge certificates that whether interview can be postponed or preponed as it is clashing with other
On request.... here is the checklist of documents one need to carry along to the interview for verification..... 1) Id proof(adhar,PAN, DL etc whatever eligible id proofs r given in admit card for interview) 2) interview admit card(paste the photo and cross signed it) 3) application printout (if u have then good and if u don't then not an issue they already have it with them they will get it signed by u) 4) 10th mark sheet and passing certificate 5) 12th mark sheet and passing certificate 6) semester wise marksheets of graduation 7) degree of graduation 8) pg marksheets and degree if one has done 9) NOC (from the present employer) 10) caste certificate/ disability certificate (if one falls in the said category? 11) 5 copies of interview data sheet 12) instruction sheet 13) whatever other documents one thinks he/she need to produce to justify their candidature, carry them with u in case they ask for it just show them( to save urself from any kind of unwanted situation) Note- All the original documents for the aforesaid photocopies must be carried. From point no 1 to 10 all the photo copies are required to be either self attested or attested by gazetted officer. I think this is it what they want before the interview...baaki Jo actual me matter krenge docs they will ask for it before joining of the selected candidate... All the best all... :))

Agar obc dec 2017 mein 1 saal pura ho chuka ho aur naya abhi banane mein time lagega to kya pichhla wala obc de sakte kya interview ke time.....somebody pls answer.
