I have a current wl of 25 in HR and 45 in BM,what are my chances of converting any of those courses?

XIM Bhubaneswar has tie-ups with SBI, CBI and PNB for student loan.

You must have received a mail from the Admissions Team along the following lines.
You have to register for undertaking by visiting the website (https://www.antiragging.in), complete the form and provide all the required information (you may refer to the below information about your University). After filling this form successfully, you will receive the Student’s Anti Ragging Undertaking and the Parents Anti Ragging Undertaking in your Email. Please print both the Undertaking on stamp paper (Rs. 10/20) duly notarised by a Notary , both for the student and parent / guardian separately , and submit both the original copies during registration process at the university.

But in the offer letter I have received, there is no mention of these lines. They have mentioned that it will be shared it due course. I see it is self explanatory. Thanks!
Also, I had one more doubt, can you please inquire from the authorities if the students can stay in the hostel on 25th, as we have registration of 26th? It will be of great help if we are allowed to stay in the hostels one day prior to the registration.
