I had a doubt, can you tell us till what time time period the process of wait list goes? Like how many times the wait list gets up dated and till when? (An approximation or last year data will be of great help)

Can the team please let us know if the wait list movement of ximb is a dynamic one or a normal one (by normal, I am referring that the admissions team updates the list once in a while) ?
Please note that we faced a minor movement today so that is the reason many of the aspirants have this doubt as earlier it was told the movement takes around 10-15 days.

We understand your concern regarding waitlist movement but please try to understand this is not something which can be predicted. It varies every year and depends on the administration, hence we do not want to comment on that.

Unlike the trends of previous years,after today’s updation in Domicile Wait list number for MBA-BM,it appears only 2 to 3 ( Sr 1 to Sr 3) were able to make it to the successful list so far.
The unprecedented slow movement in Domicile ( WL) is quite baffling.
The results of most Tier 1 & Tier 2 colleges are out by now. The regular classes of many Tier 2 colleges are scheduled to commence in 1st week of June’23.
Can someone,from their past experience, throw light on this slow movement please!
to be honest, we cant really tell as for me, there was an update of just 2 seats. Last year, the movement was bigger.
Same for HRM as well
My number moved from 119 to 107.
Now I’m having doubts too if I’ll convert or not.
My WL number changed by twelve.
If we merely look at my movement, it implies that 12 students must have received a conversion letter, while your waitlist movement does not imply this.
The movement, in my opinion, resulted from a few students requesting refunds; 12 students were ahead of me on the waitlist and 2-3 of them were ahead of you.

That may not be the correct interpretation!
If someone’s WL number has moved 12 slots up it might imply either of the following scenarios:-
- 12 aspirants appearing in WL Sr No in the range 1 to 118 hv asked for refund of their deposit amount of ₹50,000/-.
or
- All the aspirants with WL Sr 1 to Sr 12 hv converted AND none from the range Sr 1 to Sr 118 hv withdrawn their candidature.
As per the available information max 1 to 2 WL aspirants hv probably been able to convert this year so far.
The first scenario is exactly the point that I was trying to make.
