It is built around a new subject each year. The goal of the conclave is to change students’ perspectives on the importance of sustainability in business operations and to expose them to sustainable leaders in India in order for them to achieve success in college and beyond.
The theme for this year’s Kshitij was “Bespoke Compensation-Is That a Future Reality?” Industry experts in this domain shared their valuable insights on total rewards and the various aspects covered by benefits and compensation, especially after the pandemic, VUCA world, and the fourth business model and how healthcare benefits have undergone a sea change in the last two years.
It aims to provide an enriching interactive session concerning a wide range of issues and provide valuable insights to the students of XIM University.
School of Rural Management, XIM University, New Campus, Odisha, hosts its annual flagship business conclave Abhivyakti.
Abhivyakti provides an ideal platform for students to interact with industry leaders and gain thought-provoking insights into various aspects of rural management, thus enabling the students to get an extraordinary learning experience. An emerging and relevant subject is selected and discussed every year to keep the students updated with what is happening in the relevant industry.
This year, Abhivyakti’21 was the first offline event conducted in over a year. It was a two-day conclave hosted with stellar success on October 30th-31st, 2021. The theme for the conclave was “Is Phygital the new normal? Implications for Business and Development”. The discussion revolved around agricultural digitization, reinventing offline marketing, the scope of technology in rural development, post covid transition, and innovative banking business.
School of Commerce, XIM University, New Campus, Odisha, hosts its annual flagship business conclave Privitti.
Privitti provides a platform for students to interact with eminent leaders and industry stalwarts with their vast knowledge and rich corporate experience. The conclave aims at enlightening the students with a vast pool of knowledge and understanding of the real-time happenings in the industry. Eminent leaders from the industry are part of the conclave. Students have the opportunity to interact and learn from their experiences.
Privitti’21 was hosted with stellar success on October 9th, 2021. The theme for the conclave was “Interaction of Market and Economy.” The speakers shared their insights on the fiscal policies, the brownfield project, and its expansion to achieve a 5 million $ economy, Mergers and Acquisitions, and the Impact of COVID on the market and economy.
Privitti Business Conclave provides students a chance to broaden their knowledge beyond classroom learning. It aims to provide an enriching interactive session concerning a wide range of issues and provide valuable insights to the students of XIM University.

TEDxXIMUniversity: Under a free license from TED, TEDx events are organized and coordinated autonomously, including speakers ex-alum members of the University. Organizing a TEDx event involves educational and managerial skills that help us plan and make any event a huge success. The selected speakers come together to discuss topics related to recent infographics that impact the industry. We, The Media and PR cell of XIM University, come together as a team to create a theme, design an experience and build the speaker experience through moderation.
School of Sustainability Management, XIM University, New Campus, Odisha, hosts its annual business conclave Parivartan every year in association with its functional committee.
The conclave’s goal is to change students’ minds about the importance of Sustainability in business operations and get exposure from India’s sustainable leaders to achieve all the success in college and beyond.

Parivartan’ 21 was hosted on 18th September 2021. The theme for the event was “Real Wealth and Real Inclusivity – Exploring the Potential of Green Finance & Bonds.” The discussion revolved around climate emergency, the role of financial institutions in poverty alleviation, green bonds for clean and green energy and global reporting systems, including SFDR, NFRD, ESG Disclosures, and TCFD.
