Is it possible that many of the converted ones are waiting for other calls and are yet to withdraw from the process and that can also lead to more or less waitlist movement! BM - ND
I had a query regarding the acceptance fees. I converted XAHR yesterday and have received a mail stating that I have to pay 1.5 lakhs acceptance fees before 22nd june. Then when can the next waitlist movement occur? And is it possible to withdraw the acceptance fees in case I convert XIMB coz I'm more interested for BM than HRM? @Himani.Patel Can you please give an estimated date for the next waitlist movement?
Do we have to submit both migration and transfer certificate or any one will suffice?
While mentioning in my loan amount I mentioned the amount for double seater room. However, I am willing to opt for a single-seater room now. Will it be ok if, I pay the difference amount separately?

Please find below the answers to some frequent questions that we have received over the past few days:
1. According to the latest update from Admissions Cell, the following documents are to be acquired by your last educational institute and no other organization:
- Provisional Degree
- Character Certificate
- Transfer/Migration Certificate
If your Degree or Migration Certificate has a mention of your character, you do not require a character certificate. The institutes are closed for students right now but not for the administration. Please reach out to them and acquire the above-mentioned documents through mail.
Update: Character Certificate from your past employer is not acceptable as per the latest information that we have received.
2. The medical certificate has no prescribed format, a fitness certificate from your general physician will suffice during registration. But, in case an incoming student is suffering from any kind of illness, he/she should inform the administration of it.
3. The details regarding the anti-ragging affidavit will be provided to you through email soon, so don’t stress about it much. You can have a look at the form that you will be filling on the following link. But, please don't fill it or ask us for details right now. Everything will be communicated in due time:

4. All payments related to course and hostel fee are to be paid in the instalment options mentioned in the mail. The amount you pay will notify your choice to the authorities. So, you do not need to make the payments separately.
5. The Waitlist movement depends on if the newly selected candidates choose to join the institute or not. It may also depend on someone withdrawing his/her seat. But, you should not expect it to be released before 25th June, 2020.
6. Please call/mail the admissions office in case you are planning to withdraw your seat. This is purely being handled by the admissions office and not the admissions committee.
