I have done BCA, a 3-year non-engineering bachelor course.
Am I eligible to apply for an MBA from IIT Kharagpur?
Since this year, IIT Kanpur is going to accept non-engineers also.

Unless you have a master’s degree with the 3 year degree with Maths/statistics as one of the subjects, VGSoM doesn’t consider your candidature eligible.
