Whats the diff btw the two sentences stated below. When are they used?

I came across these in a verbal exercise for correction of sentences. The other two options can be easily eliminated. I could not spot a mistake between these two unless the context is specified. Which one of these correct? Why?

Good document. Some very "close-call" corrections are explained.

E.g. 'differ from' against 'differ with', 'agree with' against 'agree to' etc.
