TISS HRM Armed Forces WL(4)..Any chances?
Since this is a neutral group I am asking it here? How is the Tiss ODCL program compared to HRLM? If someone has a PhD offer from IIM Shillong which one he should prefer between ODCL and PhD? Very limited information is available for both on internet and that's why I am seeking public/Adcom opinion.

waiting list 2!?? any update please? because there is no response at the helpline.
What's the movement status? It's intriguing that while other similar institutions like XLRI,IIMS etc regularly update the waiting status, tiss maintains a rather dark and non transparent policy of such information thus leaving waiting candidates in quandary!!
