Regarding backlogs If I fail to clear a particular subject in the 1st re attempt apart from the normal attempt would that be again counted in the backlogs.. ? And do having backlogs undermine our changes even if it was 2 years before?

What will be the cutoff time for application tomorrow?. Would it be midnight or early in the day?
Will the college consider work exp before giving out calls or only during the interview...because I have a year+ exp in my family business and currently I am working on a startup by collaborating with a company aong with my internship at the same company..(I just don't want my "not on paper" work exp affect the call atleast) GDPI I think I can impress...please guide before I pay the Final payment....
