For someone with interest in Finance, is TAPMI BKFS better than taking TAPMI Core (majoring in Fin)?

Is placement process same for both courses or separate? By same I mean same set of companies come in and differentiate based on profile vs there is a separate set of quota per course?

From BKFS standpoint, are the profiles more inclined towards investment banking or banking sales?
