[Official] TAPMI MBA Admissions 2025-27 | PaGaLGuY

Good afternoon everyone. All the candidates have been mailed the revised LPAs with the renewed fee structure per AICTE guidelines. For the candidates who have already made the payment, they can initiate the refunds once they're on the campus.

What are the placement and internship plans for TAPMI amidst the pandemic.Businesses are being affected economy down.Even IIM A,B,C are worried about that and they are working upon backups. So how is TAPMI going to deal with this?

If a student has applied for two programmes, but has converted one only. Will he / she be considered for the waitlist for the second one too ?

LinkedIn is flooded with posts from TAPMI students losing their internships and offers being revoked. I know students across all the colleges are facing this problem and no one has any control over this. But what if students are not able to do internship this year. Will this affect their placement prospects? PS- I know the college is good and this is an unprecedented situation. But since I'll be spending ~20 lakhs, I think we should know about these things.

SEVA Stories- 1

"Our SEVA project was on Campus Water Harvesting. The key objective of the project was :

1. To revive the five non-functional borewells out of the nine borewells present in campus and

2. To establish a system which captures the rainwater that runs down the slopes and gets washed away.

Talking about our experience, as we started with the ground study, a major challenge we had to face was the low water absorption capacity of the topsoil layer in the terrain. This meant that despite Manipal’s heavy rainfall annually , most of the rainwater in the peak months of rainfall washes off.

Due to this constraint, a majority of the solutions for rainwater harvesting could not be implemented within the campus. After several analysis under the guidance of our campus Civil Engineer, Mr. Deepak Hegde, we came across a solution which would be a best fit for the hilly terrain and could also increase the soil absorption rate. The solution was to construct soak pits adjacent to the dried up borewells and beneath the slope, so that the water that washes off could be channelized into the soak pits.

Summing up, a key learning which all of us had was the importance of teamwork and most importantly to keep going on, even when a problem seems highly difficult. "

All queries are being answered except the query about "Waitlist" We understand considering the current scenario ,everyone is working from home and the administration is doing their best they could. We are ready to wait and cooperate but at least give us some tentative date and not ignore the queries . With due respect , it's an equally tough time for the students as well to chose the best for themselves keeping other deadlines in mind . Sincere request to provide a response or any intimation on the same . Thank you
