Hi, i mentioned table tennis at ( school level) in the extra curricular field, however in the description i mentioned an inter hostel competition in college along with my school achievements . I have the certificates for school ones but don't have it for the inter hostel competition. Do i need to necessarily upload it and can something be done

I have received a profile cum score based call. But I am unable to access the Form B? Does everyone have to fill it? Is anybody else facing this issue?
In the Form B, im unable to write more than 2 sentences for the question related to "Were you part of any team, which did not achieve its desired goals", is it the case with me only or anyone else facing a similar issue?

Hi team, I made a mistake while entering the initial details regarding the semester wise marks. Instead of adding the individual marks for each semester, I entered the GPA cumulated till that semester, which is also mentioned as CGPA in my scorecard. Are there any chances of my candidature getting rejected due to this?
