Total Cost including everything- Tution Fees, Mess, hostel charges, personal Expenses and Foregin exchange would be close to 30 Lakhs for two years. Which Banks will give a loan of 30 Lakhs without Collateral ? Or We'll get the loan for only the Fees ?
