I am AP Board in X class. I multiplied Cgpa with 9.5. Can some help me how can we get conversion proof for this?

After submitting the form B and uploading the documents. I got a mail stating that your application has been received. It contained a pdf of the complete application except the FORM-B. Is it supposed to be like this only? Has my FORM-B submitted or not?
