Form B has been enabled and shortlisted candidates need to fill Form B and upload the documents by January 18, 2021 (EOD).

I scored 98.1 (89/99.5/94) in CAT 2020 & acads (93/97/68 (CSE from Tier 1 college)). I have a work experience of about 13 months as of Dec 2020 as a Business Analyst (Biz Ops & Strategy). Research paper in Supply Chain & presented it in an International Conference. Decent in extra & co-curricular.
And I didnt get a shortlist.
2,00,000 people apply for CAT and I rank around 3800. Assuming all the folks north of 97+ percentile apply.
Looking at these 6000 people, 50% wouldnt have work experience. Hence I would rank around somewhere between 2nd & 3rd quartile.
And now considering the diversity I had in my bachelors (including versatility) & my relevant work experience I should have ideally gotten a call.
Im not sure what are these people are expecting?
I wanted to know... How does spjimr reject people? I mean I have a cat 93.5 GMAT 710 And a friend of mine Same college,same branch Cat 92.3 no GMAT no extra currics/sports Similar acads, similar gpa. I didn't get a call and he does. What could the probable justification be?
Is there any call letter for spjimr..or the updated status on the dashboard is the only indication for the shortlist..
What all dates are there for the interview slots? Atleast if we know that, we can plan a little in advance for what date to choose.
Anyone here who had a profile based shortlist for SPJIMR but did not book interview slot during Phase 1 ? Will we also be able to book slots from tomorrow?
Do we use first person or third person while filling up the describe yourself section by Family, Friends, Managers, etc?

Hi,
In my form A I have mentioned both the CGPA as well as percentage obtained according to the conversion factor for class 10th as well as graduation.
The form requires a declaration attesting the conversion factor.
For class 10th as well as graduation, the conversion factor is already mentioned in the marksheet that I have uploaded. Do I still need to upload the declaration?
For the profile cum score based calls, is anyone aware of the process, will it be online or ofline and will the group interviews continue or will it be PI this time?
I have an old cgpa to percentage conversion certificate for my graduation. It has the conversion formula as *9 clearly written on it. But it contains cgpa written on it only till 6th semester ( although i am done with 8th sem i.e. engineering). Will the old certificate work as a proof for cgpa conversion or a new one will be required?
