Hi, In the SPJAIN form under the Work Experience section, by default the end date for my current job is coming as 27/11/2020. Is this a problem? I have already selected "Yes" when it asked "Is this your current job" still by default the end date for this current job is coming as 27/11/2020. Please let me know if this is a problem

I have 2 queries regarding the proofs to be provided during the interviews.
1)I was consistently in the top 5 ranks among 250 students of my department of my degree college. However I only have academic excellence certificate of first year since college provides only 1st year certificate. How do I establish the fact that I was the top rankers in 2nd and 3rd year?
Would a letter/email from my department HOD/ Senior Professor stating that I was, would be enough?
2) In my form under professional responsibilities, I have entered the following.
During my second year of being a volunteer of NSS, I was responsible for the recruitment of 50 new volunteers for the NSS unit of my college. I also delegated the programs and activities to these new volunteers based on their particular skill sets and personality traits.
What kind of proof would I need to attest to it?
Would a letter/email from the Program Officer (Head of NSS Unit of my college) indicating the same, suffice?
