Which one to choose for finance: IIM K OR SPJIMR?
Query raised :
As there has not been any waitlist movement yet, following may be the reasons as per my understanding :
1) There has not been any withdrawal.
2) There has been withdrawal(s) but was adjusted by buffer calls (are there buffer calls ?)
3) There have been withdrawals but the information has not been updated preventing any waitlist movement.
Which of the above is true and if none, is there any other reason(s).

Due to the exceptional circumstances this year, waitlist movements have not yet begun. We are unable to confirm statistical data in order to retain the integrity of the admission process. There is no fixed date for waitlist movements. We request your patience and wait for the updates on your dashboard when the waitlist movement happens.

Hello SPJIMR Adcom, today the WL of IIM C moved. They had released their results mid May. Could you please shed some light as to when can we expect SP WL to move. In my query I had received a response that the AdCOM is not releasing statistical data to maintain the integrity of the admission process. However I feel that releasing information as to the number of calls made, buffer calls (if any), number of students withdrawing a particular stream will only make the process more transparent. Also it would be great if you could let us know what is the deadline for the converted students to withdraw, so that we will get a clear idea.

SPJIMR MBA marketing waitlist 55. Will it convert?
Although I have withdrawn my admission from SPJIMR (Fin waitlist +1) for XL BM, I have had an amazing experience with SPJ's Admissions Team. Amid all the chaos the team published the result within time, responded to all the queries promptly, extended last date of withdrawal and I can go on about this. All I mean is the B-School has a wonderful management team and an excellent professional conduct. I felt bad while withdrawing my candidature (covid and mumbai played a role to). As an aspirant and future business leader it has been an honour to be associated with such an exceptional institution even if it was for few days or months. Thank you. For all those who are Waitlisted and hoping to get an opportunity to be at SPJIMR you cant go wrong, its a wonderful association.

Guys, I need your opinions and suggestions.
I am a general engineering male fresher.
I have got an on-campus placement of 11 lpa in operations domain.
I gave cat this year(quite casually) and got just below 96 pecentile. Secured 98 percentile in IIFT and bombed XAT.
My profile is as follows:
10th : 10 cgpa
12th: 94.6
Graduation(Tier 1 engineering college): 9.3 C.G.P.A
Obviously, I didn't get any old iims call. But i secured an IIFT call
with just below 98 percentile. Today, I converted IIFT Kolkata in the first list.
Apart from that I have converted IIM Ranchi, IMTG and some new IIMs this year.
I tried to hold my horses till the time I receive the waitlist number for Delhi but since it may take some time, I decided to post it anyway.
This query is regarding what should I do if I convert IIFT Delhi (I will not be joining IIFTK).Should I join it or go for a retake??
From self-introspection I believe the reasons for my confusion are:
For joining IIFTD:
1. After seeing that GEM's with high percentiles(99.3+) are not getting a call.
2. CAT being a one day affair and whatif we are not in the best form on D-day.
3. Leverage a one year headstart in corporate.
For not joining IIFTD:
1. The job which I have is quite alluring.
2. As a fresher I am not certain about my specialisation.
3. If I get a good percentile may be my acads favour me.
These two sides are constantly running in my mind. I am not going to post any poll on this and I also believe that at the end of the day its my decision
but I would really appreciate the suggestions from people who have already been there and done that.

After the first movement it is at 2
