I'm really keen on applying to SP Jain Global MBA Program(Singapore). Currently I am having 2.6 years work experience. I would like to know which admit I shall be eligible to apply for and when I should be ready with the application.

Also I would like to know if My CAT 2011 scores will be valid for the application since I didnt write CAT 2012.

Hi! We suggest that you submit your application we will need to see the quality of work you have handled and only based on that we can decide on your eligibility. If you still fall short on the work experience front you will be advised to apply for our next intake which is in August 2013.
Your CAT 2011 scores will remain valid for April 2013 intake.

@gaurav.593 hey garauv i just read through your posts, are u trying for the spjain mgb program or the gmba progeam, also how did u manage the good score in gmat, i got a 500 with 1.5 months of preperation, is it sensible to go for one more attempt as the previous attempt was given in decembr.

Another query which i had, during a conversation earlier, u mentioned something about spjat being similar to nmat, so doing nmat papers, is that going to be enough.

Do you have any more information about spjat on the general knowledge part.

I really want to get through the spjat in the first attempt. would request for your help in anyway possible. thank you.

@shixie hey sorry saw ur reply earlier today,
regarding the diagrammatic question there's a standard pattern of what i was able to crack in the sample papers , u need to convert the pattern into number form and u get a series and u crack it accordingly

About the IQ part im still clueless as i really dont know what forms IQ or what topic get covered though if i come through anything will keep posting

@yashmehta92 hi gmat is easy besides i only got 670 which is not really very great score 😞 nd i m applying for mgb cuz i have only 1.5 yrs experience nd yes spjat is similar to nmat according to the ppl i met in the interview spjat is easy but u got to have speed nd accuracy , yes there is gk but i have no idea about the type of gk questions...all in all spjat is easy , speed and accuracy is what counts...best of luck

Hi guys,


I am interested in the SP Jain Dubai/Singapore campus..Have a few queries :

What is the minimum work-ex required for the program?
How is the distribution done for the final selection i.e. scores , acads , work-ex etc..

Whats a decent GMAT/SPJAT score to have a real good shot?

My acads are not that great:

Class 10 - 90.4
Class 12 - 71.6
B.E - 7.32
Work -ex - 22 months (IT industry)

To add on to my previous post a few more queries ,


I want to apply for the MGB as I have less than 3 yrs work-ex. When is the next batch start? When can I give SPJAT?
I want to break into M&A.so; wanted to know if the IB course will be relevant. As per my understanding M&A; should come under IB.
