hi! Pls mail on the gmba id. We will see if something can be done. Also, let us know which city you are from.

Hi Rutty,
Apologies for the short notice but when would be the interviews be conducted in September? Can you let me know ASAP

Hi Rutty,

I had unfortunately lost the tab on deadlines and have just applied to the MGB Nov12 intake. However with not much time o prepare for the SPJAT aptitude test, wanted to inquire if there would be another intake in the coming semester. Also wanted some insight into the placements structure as nt much is written about MGB course but about GMBA.

Hi rutty, same question as Aishwarya. however, I have been preparing for my CAT so hopefully will be able to clear the SPJAT on the 9th of this month. I understand that this batch has not completed their course yet, but what kind of companies did they get internships at?
Hi Rutty,

I have just given my GMAT but unfortunately along with my work schedule wasn't able to score the required result. I want to give my SPJAT but have no clue how can I prepare for it. Can you help me regarding any source where I could fine relevant material to prepare for it properly.

Thanks & Regards,
Nandan

Hi Rutty,

If Iam rejected for the november intake of MGB could I apply again for the december intake ? And is there any April intake for the course or just 1 intake ?

Dear Rutty,

Will people rejected in Dec intake, need to take SPJAT again for April intake. When is the tentative process for April intake starts.

hi! We have an aptitude test on 9th Sept followed by another round towards the 2nd half of September. Both the tests are for Dec 2012 intake.
Since the MGB is a new program and the first batch only commences from November 2012 , we donot have any placements statistics for the MGB program and hence we recommed students to refer to the GMBA placement information to get a fair idea of the placement scene at SPJain

What about the results of 2nd september

Hi! The first batch of MGB only starts from November 2012, so companies which will be there for internships will only be known once the batch commences.

hi!

The aptitude test
conducted by S P Jain is intended to test a student's IQ, mathematical ability,
logic and reasoning capacity, English reading and comprehension ability. There
is also a section on general knowledge. These questions are intended to test
knowledge of current events and normal business awareness. The paper would be
divided into different sections based on these areas. The test is for a
duration of 1 hour. The test paper consists of around 40 to 45 questions The
format of the test may change from time to time but the testing would be on the
mentioned parameters. The aptitude test will be a paper based test. There is
negative marking - different questions may have a different scale of negative
marking, and this would be taken into account while calculating a student's
score. We do not have sectional cut offs, we expect the overall score to meet
our cut off.

You can prepare for the test by referring to study material used
for CAT & GMAT preparation. For sample test paper pls refer our website on

hi! Yes, if your application is not successful for this intake, you can re-apply for our September 2013 batch.

hi! If you have a valid aptitude test score taken for December 2012 intake, then the score will also be valid for April/may 2013 intake. Admissions for the next batch will commence from December 2012.

If someone has been asked to leave after the first round that means he is not selected. is it that way or waitlisted ?
hi! We do have an elimination after the Panel Interview round. Students shortlisted from here only get to meet the President for the Final Interview.

hi! Students who have been made an offer will be informed over email by this week end. The others will need to check their status online to see if their status is a 'regret' or 'waitlist'.
@rutty_bharucha : Can you please let me know the dates without fail. I can provide you my application ID.

Hi,

Can anyone tell how to solve below mentioned type question?

42(2)52
97(7)33
67(?)72

this features in SPJAT.

Do I need to submit the official GMAT score report directly from Pearson for my application to be considered?
