It may take a while before you have a decision on your application. If you donot want to wait, you may register directly for the test on 1st april. The next SPJain aptitude test may be held sometime around May/June 2012.
hi, I have applied for MGB & submitted the application today. When will I be advised regarding the need to take the SPJain aptitude test.I have submitted my Cat score for now. I hope , it will be known soon bcoz I haven't registered yet for SPJAT n test is on 1st April.
We have closed the admissions for April 2012 now. If there is yet no update on your status it will be done soon and will be changed to a 'Regret' status. You can alternatively mail your application number on [email protected] stating specifically that your status still shows a waitlist.

Since for the mgb course the batch of sept12 will be the first one...since the course is of 12 month curriculum and 4 month internship...will the internship be in some company and spjain would assist in getting the internship???
My other question is what will be the prospect of the placement at the end of the course as good colleges tend to do the basic survey regarding company's requirement and then offer new courses ..will the placement cell be same for both gmba and mgb?

The internship is mandatory and a part of the program.The internship is to be done at any of SPJains campus locations, India or any country where the student has an opportunity to do the same Placement assistance is provided to participants: Who have opted to be a part of the 'placement' group.Despite being in the placement category, participants still need to abide by the requirements of minimum CGPA, attendance, code of conduct as declared by the S P Jain Management, and shared with students at the beginning of the year. You could visit our GMBA list of companies to get an understanding of which Corporates are recruiting our students.

Hi! The internships are company based which could be either at any of our campus locations ie. dubai, singapore or India or any other country where the student gets an opportunity to do the internship.

I would like to know the kind of questions asked, level of difficultly same as CAT or GMAT, and approach as well. Also, if you can touch upon the preparation stuff as well.

The aptitude test conducted by S P Jain is intended to test a Participants IQ, mathematical ability, logic and reasoning capacity, English reading and comprehension ability. There is also a section on general knowledge. This section is intended to test the knowledge of current events and normal business awareness.
The test is for duration of 1 hour. The test paper consists of around 40 to 45 questions. The format of the test may change from time to time but the testing would be on the mentioned parameters.

I am am also planning to give SPJAT the next time it is conducted that is around May/June 2012. Can you please guide me about the questions you have got in the paper, the level of difficulty. And, if you can touch upon the preparation one can do. I would really appreciate your help on this.

Rutty I gave spjat last year in dec but couldn't clear it. Why are you guys not giving away the scores so that we can figure out where we messed up and why we missed out.. :\
