Can anybody please tell me what kind of exam is SPJAT & how much is the cut off normally? It is like any other MBA entrance test - cut off is 70%ile
Also, should I appear for the spjat first & then apply to spjain or I will need to apply first/simultaneously with the test? Pls apply right away

At times the Admissions COmmittee will accpet 620 if the candidate is outstanding in other areas

But in the S P Jain Mumbai meet , Prof Christopher Abraham said that the minimum GMAT score required is 620 and the average was 650.

I had received eval cal for SMM from admission team for the slot of 31st jan but now when I am trying to book the slot, it says 'the Slots are full and contact admission dept'... Please suggest wat is to be done and whether i can postpone for the 21st feb eval???

I have submitted my application today for the may intake. I have some queries. please guide.
1) the mail that i received mentions the following:
"Normally the process to short list takes 30-45 days and we request you not to contact us during this period"
Please tell me by when i can expect my status to be updated for the 21st feb evals.
2)when will the calls for the 21st feb evaluations be given or have they already started giving calls to some for 21st feb evals.
3) Can u please confirm if the 21st feb evaluations will be held only on one day i.e 21st Feb and not spread across 2-3 days as i would like to book my flight tickets right now in case i get the call for 21st feb evaluations later on.
4) As two evelautuons have already happened- one in dec and one on 31st jan. THe third one is planned for 21st feb. SO will there be a fourth one also or will this one on 21st feb will be the last.
5) Is the chances of selection in last evals(say if 21st feb is the last) poor or is the same as for earlier evals.

I have been accepted for the April (2010-2011) batch. For the same I have to send the documents to the Mumbai office. While going through the list for the Dubai Visa the point :
1.3 Self Attested copies of your undergraduate degree qualification (B.Com, BE, etc.) but students who are 29 years of age and above will need to get the Proof of undergraduate degree attested by the UAE Embassy. For attesting the educational document you first need to get it attested by the University, followed by the State Notary and the Home department (concerned State),then by the Ministry of External Affairs (New Delhi) and then by the UAE Embassy (New Delhi).
I am currently in New Zealand and 29 years of age. How can i do the below before 7th of Feb. Is there any thing else which can be done or how it can be done.
