Hi Ananda,
I had a question based on the cutoff for OBC. The sectional cutoff for all three section is 72 percentile and I am clearing DILR and QA sectional but for VA I am short of 0.32 percentile that is I got 71.68 percentile in VA and overall my percentile is 90.62 with 89.06 in DILR and 94.73 in QA. Will it be possible to get a call with my percentile looking at VA(71.68) or I will be rejected based on that? I am looking forward to your response.
Rounding off sectional cut-off is not being followed. The sectional cut-offs are being followed strictly. We regret to inform you that 71.68 percentile does not meet the required sectional cut-off for NC-OBC.

The Highest CTC offered to the batch stood at 𝐈𝐍𝐑 𝟒𝟗 𝐋𝐚𝐜𝐬. The average CTC stood at 𝐈𝐍𝐑 𝟐𝟓.𝟗𝟑 𝐋𝐚𝐜𝐬, an astounding rise of 𝟏𝟖.𝟏% from last year. The average CTC for the top 𝟐𝟓% and top 𝟓𝟎% of the batch stood at 𝐈𝐍𝐑 𝟑𝟓.𝟒 𝐋𝐚𝐜𝐬 and 𝐈𝐍𝐑 𝟑𝟏.𝟏 𝐋𝐚𝐜𝐬 respectively.
The batch of 2020-22 saw a notable increase of 𝟒𝟒.𝟒% in the pre-placement offers with a total of 𝟔𝟓 students receiving pre-placement offers from leading national and multi-national brands.
Despite the pandemic and the virtual placements, SJMSOM has continued to be a favored location for our esteemed recruiters to find the right talent. We express our heartfelt gratitude to all the recruiting partners and alumni and look forward to strengthening our associations with them in the future.
The summer placement process saw the highest stipend at 𝐈𝐍𝐑 𝟑.𝟔𝟔 𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐬. The average stipend stood at 𝐈𝐍𝐑 𝟐.𝟒 𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐬, a remarkable increase of 16.5% from last year. The average stipend for the top 25% and top 50% of the batch stood at 𝐈𝐍𝐑 𝟑.𝟑𝟓 𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐬 and 𝐈𝐍𝐑 𝟑.𝟎𝟏 𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐬, respectively.

I completed my 10th Standard from ICSE and wanted to confirm what criteria to follow for percentage calculation. Ideally for ICSE board, top 4 subjects + English are considered and total 6 subjects are mentioned on Mark sheet.
Please confirm which one should be followed.

I hAVE A M.com degree but due to corona colleges dint get open, but all this mean time i was working for a company and have workex. i genuinely have both the workex and the degree, can i put both in the iit-b form as because of work ex i will get around 1-1.5 pts extra in composite score…
