When I googled I got mixed reviews on siib. It is being said that the average package is 8.8 and not 10 and that the placement reports include variables and bonuses also in the CTC. Please help me out. I am very confused.

I sincerely request the moderators of this group to clear the general confusion about the merit list.

Is the merit list/waiting list different for different categories?

OR

Is it common for everyone(that if a person from any category has a waiting list number as let say 74, then this number is unique for the candidate and no other candidate has the same waitlist number despite belonging to a different category. There is only one merit/waiting list)?

And one last question. Do the categery students are moved to the general list based on their composite scores if they do not secure the reserved seats despite a better composite score?
