Hello Aspirant Relations Team/Adcom,


While filling the Admission form for SIBM Pune 2021-23, I came across the fact that several fields over there are blank and in non-editable format and one of the main fields, 'Permanent Address' was blank as well. 

After the submission of the form, the system generated an affidavit which is to be notarized. But here, my address is taken from the current address field, which was my rented apartment where I am no longer residing.

Since this is a legal document, the incorrect address generation might be a concern.

Hence I am requesting you to provide me with a solution to this problem.

I have also pasted pictures of the same for your reference. 

PS: Also, other fields, like year of passing and board name under education, and Work Ex months and Designation under the Work experience field are also being generated as Blank.
