Is is mandatory to submit the Transfer & Migration certificate while confirming admission along with the fee payment on or before 29th March or do I have to submit them on the program commencement day i.e 7th July (tentative) and just pay the fees as of now to confirm admission to the program?
I have non of these right now and wont be able to procure them before 29th March anyway as I belong to Mumbai University.
