Though they are asking 4.65L from the 1st waitlisted candidates, are we not supposed to know the number even in the first waitlist. I mean how can I blindly pay the fees And wait if someone’s gonna cancel ?

They are saying if no vacancy then they will refund the fee by 8th of july that means revised list by 1st july. 

There is so much ambiguity here . 

Will the waiting list not move after 1th of july?

What if ppl in merit list cancel their admission after 1th of july, will the 1st waiting list candidates be still eligible for merit list even after getting the fee refund.
