I paid the amount in the morning but the status is still reflected as unpaid though I received a mail stating that the payment was successful. Will this cause an issue??

I have filled my application form for PGDM at NIBM, but only my CAT score is showing and there is no option to enter my CMAT score. My form is submitted, and I have mailed the team at pgdm.nibm.org , what to do? Can I contact them directly about the same?
