The following requirements must be met in order to be eligible for Lovely Professional University’s (LPU) Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) programme in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE):

Qualifying LPUNEST: Candidates must pass the qualifying LPUNEST (Lovely Professional University National Entrance and Scholarship Test) in order to be considered for admission. Furthermore, students must have earned at least 60% overall in their 10+2 exams, which required them to take English, Mathematics, and Physics. A passing score on this admission exam is required to be admitted.
Option for Lateral Entry: LPU offers lateral entry admission to the second year of the B.Tech in CSE programme as well. Candidates must hold an equivalent certificate, a B.Sc. (Non-Medical) degree, a BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications), or a diploma in engineering in any field in order to be eligible for lateral admission. Students must pass the LPUNEST in order to be admitted, same like regular students.

You can book your seat after qualifying your exam by paying an amount of Rs 10000 which is refundable. However, you need to fulfil other criteria of admission as well at the time of final admission. Lovely Professional University is conducting the National Entrance and Scholarship Test (LPUNEST) for MBA aspirants. Since its inception in 2009, more than 75,000 students have appeared in this exam (LPUNEST) every year. The LPUNEST exam offers convenient choices to candidates: online remotely proctored from Home (Recommended by the university, based on available resources. This test will have two-fold advantage as it will act as Entrance Test as well as Scholarship Test.

Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply for LPUNEST (MBA). The eligibility and fee for specialisation may vary.

Qualifying Examination:
Applicants appearing for LPUNEST (MBA) should have either completed or shall be appearing in 2023, in the final examination of Graduation from University Grants Commission (UGC) recognized University, Institution, college etc.
