A few things to note from students:
• The average package is usually in the 6–9 LPA range, so the better offers go to the ones who come with strong internships, good communication, and exposure.
• The big names visit regularly, but the profiles they hire for are often more general management or business analyst rather than niche strategy roles.
• A lot of roles are BFSI and sales/marketing oriented, which is common across most MBA campuses.
Honestly, in MBA placements it’s usually less about the company name and more about the profile, skills, and experience you bring.
