HI ... query regarding fee refund

refund is according to AICTE norms which states that refund after 25 april upto 30 june can be claimed provided vacant seat is filled and one month fee will be deducted.

my question is ..... how much is the exact one month fee , that will be deducted ?

My wait-list number is 5, however a friend of mine had number 41 and he got selected for PGDM-FINANCE. Also, my CAT scores were higher than his. I have filled PGDM-GENERAL as my first preference and PGDM-FINANCE as second,he did the same.But I have not got any mail neither any upgradation has been done in the WL number. Any help?
