Why isn't the institute sending confirmation email ? What is wrong ? I called today to ask whether we can courier the documents even after 7 days , they said yes . Why has student support stopped replying ? What happened guys !

I have paid the fees on 15th Sent the mail and courier on 16th.. courier delivered on 19th.. But still no confirmation mail? I tried calling admin dept many times and they are not picking up the call..what should I do? Most of the candidates have already received the emails..
