The initial year focuses on building a strong foundation in management principles. Students undertake 21 core courses covering areas such as Economics, Human Relations, Quantitative Techniques, Financial & Cost Accounting, Corporate Finance, and Information Technology, whereas In the second year, students can select electives in addition to compulsory courses, allowing for in-depth learning in their chosen specialization. Elective areas include Marketing, Organizational Behaviour & Human Resource Management, Finance & Accounting, International Business, General Management, and Operations Management & Systems.
