Hello Can I just take a print out of the form and fill it manually? Or do I have to fill in the details using Adobe Acrobat DC?

Hello Adcom I have a query. I have 2 internship certificates and like it was mentioned in this group that it can be uploaded under Co-Curricular activities. But since there is only one option to upload, can I merge both the certificates and then upload it as one JPEG file ? Will that do ? Because I want to upload both.
