While at the time of filling the form I remember filling every details(specifically my educational details) but now when I am opening my SOP form, I am not getting the name of my school,only my colleges' name is over there. Kindly suggest what to do now?

I didn't receive any notification or email regarding my call letter. However, on checking the site, logging with mobile and email, I got to see that I am shortlisted. I think, I will be requiring the call letter on the day of the interview but the problem is, I didn't receive any in email(not in spam or promotions as well).
Hello, I haven't received any call letter or mail regarding selection for second stage, but when I logged in by entering form no and mail id I got to see that I am selected, and now I am unable to download or print candidate form.
