I can see only two options in the Mba form for undergrad, 1st year and 2nd year Eng. Also the box for undergraduate college name is empty. Is the form still a work in progress?

I have already paid for and submitted my application for KJ Somaiya for 2021 MBA intake
However , in the light of the college now accepting NMAT scores as well I would like to submit my NMAT scores as well.
Submitting NMAT scores at the time when i filled up the form was not an option.
Do guide me how to submit the same ?
