I applied for admission withdrawl and cancellation on 29th July thorugh Somaiya portal and mailed the admission committee the same. I haven't received any revert nor refund. Can you please tell me what to do and when to expect the refund ?

I am not able to access the portal for hostel fees payment. I have stated that i want the hostel but nothing is visible in the portal. Adcom kindly look into the matter. I have emailed the staff related to the hostel as well
