The list is out. There is negligible movement, around 40 to 50 only in each of Core, IB and FS

Would there have been more movement if the institute had asked people to pay the whole fees with a suitable deadline?
Is it possible that the moment is slow because students aren't asked to pay fees yet and because people who have opted for courses are still running for courses higher in their preference?
