Hi admcom, I am not able to see any waitlist or convert letter on my dashboard it's simply showing up a blank page I tried to call on the helpline butcall wasn't answered please help

Hey guys, I am waitlisted for core at 5. Allotted seat for IB. I wish to wait for core, so should i accept the IB Offer and continue or reject it. I want to wait for 2nd list to convert core. What am i supposed to do now? Please help and will i convert in 2nd list for sure?!
