Centre for Diversity Management and Inclusion (CDMI), K J Somaiya Institute of Management, organised a panel discussion on ‘Breaking Barriers’. Having taken place on 3rd December 2021, the session was amplified by the collaboration of ‘Humanist’, [@humanist.simsr] the HR committee of the institute.
With the session being moderated by Aman Zaidi, Partner, OD Alternatives, coach and TEDx speaker, it embraced an array of guest speakers:
