(MBA Course - Post Graduate Diploma in Management in India - ITM)
The MBA program at ITM B-School requires applicants to meet certain minimum eligibility criteria.
Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree from a UGC recognized University with at least 50% marks in the qualifying examination (Graduation), and even those in their final year of undergraduate studies are eligible to apply. Additionally, applicants are required to have taken one of the specified MBA Entrance Tests, which include CAT, XAT, NMAT, CMAT, GMAT, MAT, ATMA, or State CET tests.
The selection process involves the initial shortlisting of candidates based on their overall academic performance. Those shortlisted are then invited to participate in Case Analysis and Personal Interview (CAPI) rounds, crucial steps in the final selection for admission to the MBA program. Invitations for the Selection Process are conveyed through courier, post, and email.
Final admission decisions are based on a comprehensive evaluation that takes into account various factors, including:
1.Academic Performance: The candidate’s academic history is a key consideration in the selection process.
2.Entrance Test Scores: Performance in the specified MBA Entrance Test is a significant factor in the evaluation.
3.CAPI Performance: The Case Analysis and Personal Interview rounds are essential for assessing candidates’ analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Work Experience: Any work experience acquired after the completion of graduation is considered in the selection criteria.
5.Extracurricular Activities, Interests, and Achievements: Involvement in extracurricular activities, diverse interests, and notable accomplishments contribute to the overall assessment of a candidate.
Prospective students are advised to thoroughly prepare for the CAPI rounds, as performance in these interviews, combined with academic and test scores, strongly influences the final decision for admission to the MBA program at ITM B-School.

What an exhilarating day at our ITMs Wellness Run 2.0 Event! From the vibrant hustle and bustle at Utsav Chowk to the serene atmosphere near Gurudwara, it was a journey filled with joy, determination, and community spirit. People of all ages laced up their running shoes and joined in, embracing the spirit of health and wellness. The refreshing pit stops along the route provided much-needed energy boosts, keeping everyone motivated and hydrated throughout the run. And let’s not forget the anticipation of the gift hampers awaiting participants at the finish line—a delightful reward for their efforts. Adding to the excitement were the prizes worth 15k, motivating everyone to give their best. What made this event even more special was the presence of Geeta Chauhan, the inspirational captain of the Indian Women’s Wheelchair Basketball team, whose presence uplifted spirits and showcased the power of determination. It was heartwarming to witness college students, parents, and even the elderly come together, united by a common goal of promoting wellness and fostering a sense of community. This Wellness Run wasn’t just about crossing the finish line—it was about celebrating health, camaraderie, and the joy of moving together towards a brighter, healthier future.
