How does refund policy work? What if one takes loan, pays the 1st year fees and then withdraws at the end? What impact will it have on loan?

waitlist movement update???
I have payed the offer acceptance fee and applied for a loan to pay the rest, the bank assured me that the loan will be sanctioned but the process is taking time because of the bank holidays due to election. Iam from a middle class family and it is so hard for me to raise this amount on my own. The first told me that the loan will be sanctioned before 9th , but it is still under process and the next working day is on 12th which is also the last date. So someone please help me with a solution.
NC OBC Waitlist 54, what are the chances guys?
What is the refund policy if I pay the acceptance fees but then withdraw without paying the remaining 1st year fees. Also can I pay the acceptance fee through RTGS ?
I know we cannot compare the two as the course offered is very different, but please help me decide here.

Have converted both. Today is the last date to pay the fees for IRMA (to book the seat).
