Your attitude towards the applicants is pathetic. You keep on delaying the shortlisting. Give us a fixed date. One can overlook slight delays but this is not done yaar. Some of us are very interested to study at IIFM. Dont let out hopes down again.

The programmes offered by IIFM are for those who are environmentally and socially conscious. The Institute prepares environmental and development sector managers who are prepared to face the challenges that the country faces in terms of climate change, environmental degradation and social inequities. I am President of the Alumni Association and all that I am today, I give a lot of credit to IIFM. I strongly recommend candidates who are feel for the country and the nature to apply.

IIFM is very good sectoral institute. The course during my time consisted of two field trip experience and one internship experience which was very helpful to gauge your interest. Some of the professors are experts and well known in their field. Hostels and other classroom infrastructure is quiet good. Library have most of the necessary subscriptions to the scientific journals.

IIFM is an excellent choice for those who choose to make a career in natural resource management and allied sectors. With a background in healthcare, the move has been deliberate, and I can say that this has been the best choice for me. IIFM campus placements, in addition to being 100% can land one into a dream-come-true job. The opportunities are limitless, and one can make their hobby and passion into a full-time paying job. On the contrary, if you are not into environment or nature or sustainability, think again before getting into this field; or maybe you will develop an interest once you are at IIFM. The faculty (and the campus) here are excellent at awakening your inner natural instincts to appreciate nature. That said, IIFM offers a future in consultancy, banks, and multiple other sectors. Like any other B-school, the course is holistic, covers all aspects of a typical MBA, and a significant amount of the core natural resource management topics. The recent change in the curriculum increases the student’s exposure to the industry and real time working conditions. Altogether, IIFM made my career and hope it does the same for you.

IIFM provided me with a perfect blend courses from both sciences and social sciences, gifting me with a very different outlook to approach a problem. Now I can see a problem from different angles, analyze a situation in a very different manner and equipped me with several tools and techniques.
