I am unable to get a loan sanctioned from SBI and Union Bank of India, because they are asking for final year marksheet, which as a fresher I do not hold as Mumbai University is still deliberating on whether to hold exams or not. Anyone who faced similar situation or knows anything about what can be done, please guide! TIA!
